“Pros: - Rooms had everything you need, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cups. - TV had Netflix which was nice. - Everything was nice and clean. - Contactless entry was great, easy to navigate! - Price was great for the room! Cons: - The parking situation is horrendous, the spots are very difficult to get in and out of. The spots facing the street are uneven so if you have a car that is lower to the ground it may scrape so be careful as this happened to us. This is really the biggest issue that needs to be renovated is the parking! We drove a Tesla Model 3 and it was a very tight fit that getting in and out of the car can be a challenge. The only other parking that was mentioned other than the lots is a parking garage that is about a 6 min walk away from the hotel.”

“Rooms were great. Clean, good condition with all you need. The location wasn’t bad but early morning traffic is a bit much. Bed was memory foam which I thought would be nice but didn’t work for me. Overall I say a solid 4.8 to 5 star.”

“I stayed at this property in Atlanta for a quick one-night work trip and was impressed. The location was great, and the space itself was beautiful—thoughtfully designed with cool furnishings and modern appliances. The unit was spotless, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in maintaining the property. Even in a short stay, I could see how well-suited this place would be for a longer visit. The picnic table and grill area on the grounds is such a nice touch—perfect for relaxing or gathering with a group. The overall upkeep created a welcoming and polished feel throughout the property. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Atlanta.”

“After figuring out the parking and getting into the apartment everything was pretty much straight forward. Room was nice and the location was perfect for us, putting us a short walking distance for the concert hall we were going to. Communication was perfect as well.”

“My stay was nearly perfect. The location was ideal—right across the street from my son’s campus—making it easy to cook meals for him each night and save him from the cafeteria. The walk to his room was only about five minutes. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware I needed, and the refrigerator/freezer was spacious enough to store everything. While I would have liked a TV in the bedroom, the room layout with several windows made it difficult to place one. A dresser would have been nice for extra storage, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall, a wonderful stay.”

“Excellent stay! Would recommend to anyone. It's in a great location near the Fox Theatre, SCAD and anywhere else you need to go in Midtown. I booked two stays, one for my parents and one for my boyfriend and I for Valentine's Day. I requested flowers be put in my parents room and the staff here really delivered! I really appreciated their efforts to make this an awesome vacation for all of us!”

“Everything you need in this cute apartment. Great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and most importantly Starbucks:) The only thing which they have no control over is the tenant upstairs is extremely loud all through the day and night. Another factor to keep in mind is there is no elevator , so access to the building and room requires some lifting of your luggage (if any). Other than that, the room was clean, cute, and cozy!!”
